Ms. Bothum is a certified public accountant who brings broad experience with financial analysis, systems and business processes. Prior to founding Reliance Associates, Ms. Bothum worked for more than 15 years in a variety of capacities for various multibillion-dollar corporations, including Oracle Corporation, Fluor Daniel and Target Corp.

Ms. Bothum holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Phoenix and also attended the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks.

Ms. Swanson is a certified public accountant who brings extensive accounting and tax experience to the group. Prior to founding Reliance Associates, Ms. Swanson held the controller position at The Marcil Group. Prior to The Marcil Group, she worked over 12 years in public accounting assisting clients from a variety of industries in developing financial and internal controls and preparing and presenting financial statements and tax returns; including extensive accounting, tax, and consulting services experience in physician practices and clinics.

Ms. Swanson holds Bachelor’s of Science Degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from North Dakota State University.

Ms. Buringrud graduated with honors from Rasmussen College in October, 2007 with a degree in Accounting and completed her Bachelor of Accounting degree in September of 2010. She worked as a real estate appraisal assistant for six years before joining Reliance Associates, PLLC as a staff accountant in October, 2007.

Ms. Buringrud specializes in property management accounting.

Ms. Menholt graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of North Dakota in May of 2008 with a Bachelor of Accounting degree. She is looking forward to obtaining her CPA designation later this year. Ms. Menholt joined Reliance Associates PLLC as a staff accountant in August, 2008.

Ms. Menholt specializes in small business accounting. She also has experience in payroll preparation.

Ms. Van Beek graduated in May 2011 with a Bachelor of Accounting degree from North Dakota State University. She plans to complete her Master’s degree in the spring of 2012.

As an intern with the Reliance team since August 2010, Ms. Van Beek focuses on general bookkeeping and financial statements.
